It is extremely important that each counselling and supervision session remains confidential, however there may at times be a legal duty or exceptional circumstances which may result in following disclosure procedures in cases of:
Child protection issues Safeguarding issues. Risk of harm to yourself or others. Acts of treason or terrorism. Court instruction to give information. If there is reasonable cause for concern over safety of practice.
Storage: all documents, contact details and session notes will be stored safely and securely in compliance with current GDPR legislation for as long as is necessary for the specific reason it was originally collected.
